Rose Nebula is Here – Our favorite thus far

Crafted at 1,900m in Dehong, this elegant new release is bursting with rose, lychee, and passion fruit

Hey Coffee Lovers,

We’re thrilled to introduce something truly special, and by far our favorite coffee to roast and brew —
Rose Nebula, a limited-lot coffee grown in the highlands of Dehong, Yunnan, and crafted with a fermentation method as expressive as the cup itself.

Rose Nebula – Anaerobic Yeast Natural

  • Origin: Zhulou Manor, Dehong, Yunnan, China

  • Elevation: 1,900m

  • Varietal: Catimor

  • Process: Anaerobic Enzymatic Fermentation

  • Tasting Notes: Passion fruit, Lychees, Peach Oolong

What makes this coffee so captivating?

It starts with fully ripe, sugar-rich red cherries grown in selenium-rich, organic soils. At Zhulou Manor, these cherries are fermented slowly in sealed, oxygen-free tanks with natural enzymes, allowing floral and fruity notes to evolve gracefully.

Think: rose petals, lychee, and orange candy. The cup is elegant, sweet, and lingers with a finish like sparkling oolong peach.

This is experimental coffee done right — clean, layered, and utterly unique.

We’re roasting it light, perfect for slow mornings or impressively delicate iced brews.

If you’ve been waiting for something a little out of this world, this might just be the one.

See you in the next cup,
