This week, we wanted to bring you behind the scenes — into the part of our work we love the most: sourcing and roasting.

We don’t just look for good coffee. We look for meaningful coffee. Beans that tell a story, support a community, and push quality forward.

One origin we’re especially proud to share with you is Timor Leste.
We’ve built direct relationships with producers there to bring in these beans ourselves — no middlemen, no big brokers. This allows us to ensure fairness at every step and to work closely with farmers on improving quality season after season.
