New Coffees on the Shelf

Since Rose Nebula has run out we have been tasting through various coffees to continue serving you beans that we find both interesting and delicious.

We are excited to introduce Momotaro – Colombia La Quebradita. From the farm of Ever Chavez in Huila, this washed double anaerobic thermal shocked Colombia varietal bursts with peach jam, sparkling mikan, and delicate white florals. A filter roast that feels elegant and almost tea like.

Alongside Momotaro we have three more releases to share:

Rwanda Juru – Red Bourbon
From the Juru region in Rwanda, a fully washed Red Bourbon with notes of red apple, orange blossom, and cream. Balanced, classic, and refined.

The Return of Reckless Blend
Our bold espresso blend is back. A pairing of Timor Leste and Rwanda that carries red apple, milk chocolate, and crème brûlée. Smooth and sweet whether in milk or as a straight shot.

Alabaster Blend
Our lighter espresso blend. Built with approachability in mind, Alabaster delivers a creamy cup with notes of milk chocolate, cashew, and yellow fruit. Easy to drink and versatile in any setup.
