🍊 Yunnan, Chiliarch Estate (Washed)

• Varietal: Catimor

• Process: Washed

• Tasting Notes: Black sugar, nutty, chocolate, mandarin orange

A cozy, layered brew with soft chocolate sweetness and a whisper of citrus. Easy to love and even easier to brew.
