• Process: Natural

• Tasting Notes: Floral, raspberry, grape, honey
  This lot is all about balance — fruit-forward but grounded by delicate florals and natural sweetness. A juicy shot that still holds structure.

Yunnan, Pu'Er, Chiliarch Estate

• Varietal: Catimor

• Process: Washed

• Tasting Notes: Black sugar, nutty, chocolate, mandarin orange
  A clean and approachable cup with comforting body and a whisper of citrus. It’s the kind of brew you can keep coming back to.

Timor-Leste, Railaco (Ermera)

• Varietal: Tim-Tim, Typica

• Process: Natural

• Tasting Notes: Strawberry cream
  One of our personal favourites — soft, creamy, and bright. Timor-Leste continues to surprise us, and we’re proud to keep spotlighting it.

Yunnan, Xishuangbanna, Menghai – Purple Catuara

• Varietal: Catuara

• Process: Kenyan K72 Washed

• Tasting Notes: Fruity, red apple acidity, silky body, slight cherry finish
  A rare and experimental lot from deep in Yunnan. Clean, nuanced, and full of red fruit — silky from start to finish.
